NEW ALBUM!
In Memory of
Constance Serena Fuller
July 24, 2022 - July 19, 2023
Constance was born on July 24th, 2022, early and with a critical challenge that threatened her survival immediately. She was transferred right away to Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. There, she stayed, the rest of her life. Her mother, Jessie, was there every day to be with her.
She met many friends who cared for her, and we gave everything to give her a chance to live life to the fullest.
According to the lead surgeon, she was one-in-a-million to survive past the first day. Her condition was even more unique. She was truly a fighter and overcomer! I remember even before her birth, she was a very active kicker. After birth, she would kick straight up with her leg in the air.
She surprised and surprised the doctors at every turn. In a matter of a few months, she grew to fit a larger diaper (size 6) than her older brother ever used. I contribute this to her strong Mother's milk and perhaps prayer too.
She faced many critical challenges. Early on, one fearful day that we prepared for the worst, we reached out to many of you and petitioned the Lord in prayer. The next day, as she improved, her nurse said we have a strong prayer circle.
It means everything to us to see her smile. And she smiled a lot. She was a smarty, like her brother. I could tell from the first time her eyes opened and she stared at me. Sometimes, while resting, she would peak a look just to see if we were still there.
She liked to sing along with Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. She liked to hear her brother, and could even sleep through his yelling, but only his yelling, not noises from other people. She thought her squeaky toy was hilarious. She lit up that most beautiful smile when she heard my voice. She gave people the side eye look to let them know that she didn’t approve something. She started talking - saying "hey" in April, and became very chatty since. She got a few baby teeth out in late June. And she spent lots of her time reading books with her mommy. Especially the original Winnie The Pooh.
Though she is missed greatly... We take solace and perhaps even joy, trusting and knowing that Jesus will not leave her. In heaven, she is healthy, safe, and loved.

New album "Constance is Born"! - 7-24-2024
Constance is Born
Constance faced unfathomable difficulties, and that is as best as I can describe it without sounding grim. The reality is difficult to think, to say, to look at, and most difficult for her who experienced it. I think most of us will never, can never, face such suffering while experiencing so little of the joys of life. Seeing Constance going through such challenges filled me with bravery to face the future.
